Jenny Abeling

Jenny Abeling brings more than 20 years of leadership in healthcare, advocacy and strategic fundraising experience that fuels her vision for Gal Pal. As an executive, she stewarded more than $100 million dollars in support of women, caregivers and community initiatives. Now, she channels that results-driven mindset into building a media platform where women control both the narrative and the revenue model. Jenny oversees the Museletter Community, film and book pipelines, live events and brand partnerships, ensuring each project advances Gal Pal's mission to shift cultural power toward women. Known for her ability to connect seemingly disparate ideas, she mentors emerging creators and regularly speaks about gender equity in business and media. Mary Matthews

Mary Matthews is an award-winning filmmaker, television producer and visual storyteller whose work has appeared across network and cable television. Early in her career, she helped develop and produce hit talk and reality shows, but pivoted toward impact filmmaking after witnessing the power of real-life narratives. For a decade, she traversed the U.S documenting the labor movement, producing more than 300 short films that drove policy change and earned 20+ International Labor Communications awards. Mary's video design work with Tony winner Marc Shaiman for Bridgett Everett's Obie Award Winning Rock Bottom at the Public Theater showcased her unique talent for merging humor and heart. At Gal Pal, she leads all creative development, production and strategy. An avid illustrator and daily cartoonist, Mary lives in Portland, OR. with her lovely wife Vivian and awesome son Emilio. Darcy Rudnick

Equal parts bibliophile and business strategist, Darcy Rudnick spent more than 10 years as a school librarian and curriculum consultant before joining Gal Pal. She understands how a single book can change a life, and she knows the mechanics of getting that book into the right hands. Darcy curates Gal Pal Press's acquistions list, coaches authors on everything from proposal to publicity and ensures each title aligns with the company's ethos of transparency and author empowerment. Her network spans indie bookstores, library systems and literary festivals, relationships she leverages to amplify every Gal Pal title. Outside of work Darcy volunteers for charitiable causes, reads a tremendous amount of books and explores Oregon's mountain trailed with her partner and their cat. Mika Ingram

Mika Ingram is a coalition builder with roots in public health and state policy. She drafted and lobbied for legislation that expanded reproductive-health access across Oregon, earning recognition from the state's Public Health Association. At Gal Pal, Mika forges mission-aligned partnerships with brands, non profits and grassroots organizers to extend the impact of each project. Colleagues know her for her warmth, tenacity and a knack for turning "cold" outreach into lasting alliances. When she is not connecting the dots for Gal Pal, Mika is curled up with fiction novels beside her tabby cat Tony Stark or debating the best Marvel plot lines over popcorn at the local theater. Clara Schneid

With a background in nonprofit fundraising and brand strategy, Clara Schneid translates big ideas into sustainable revenue and compelling stories. She has led capital campaigns, produced Ted-style conferences and coached artists on narrative framing. As editor-in-chief of the Museletter, Clara cultivates a diverse roster of contributors (journalists, poets, athletes, scientists), shaping columns that are as thought-provoking as they are relatable. Her communications team ensures Gal Pal's brand voice remains consistent and vibrant.
